 CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Craniosacral Therapy is a light form of bodywork that works with the inherent healing power of the body to restore the body’s natural motility bringing the body back to a state of health. Craniosacral Therapy has a twofold process. Resourcing allows the body to deepen into increasing levels of relaxation, which restores the body's natural ability to heal. Releasing and unwinding is a process of removing unnatural holding patterns that restrict the inherent motion of the body. Both of these processes then allow the body to reorient around its natural fulcrum, which is the central nervous system, bringing the body back to a state of health and balance.

 MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage is a manual manipulation of muscles and tissues. Massage reduces stress by eliciting a deep relaxation. Massage increases blood and lymph circulation to muscles and tissues. Massage helps to eliminate toxic waste materials that stagnate in the body causing body discomfort. Massage breaks up adhesions to muscles and tissues. These adhesions restrict movement causing body discomfort and inflexibility. Massage restores health to muscles and tissues and helps keep a healthy body healthy.

 PROCESS BODYWORK

The purpose of Process Bodywork is for the client to become increasingly aware of their body and to become increasingly conscious of how they are expressing themselves in this world. Process Bodywork can include massage and craniosacral therapy, adding dialogue and imagery. Process Bodywork brings the client to an awareness of how their body is holding memory, emotion and beliefs. The therapist's role is to support the client and the natural process of unfoldment. The client's role is to become self-reflective meaning that you become increasingly aware of what is happening within yourself in the present moment. Through the process of awareness the client can bring unresolved patterns and issues to resolution. This allows the client to reorganize in new ways changing the way they choose to be in the world.
